Medication Reference
A structured way to review psychiatric medication information, clinical considerations, and practical prescribing questions.
SynapseRx Psych
SynapseRx is the broader professional brand. SynapseRx Psych is the product: an all-in-one psychiatry tool I built to organize clinical learning, medication information, and practical workflows in one place.
The web version is available at www.synapseRXpsych.com.
Why I built it
I built SynapseRx Psych because psychiatric information can become scattered across notes, medication references, guidelines, side-effect questions, diagnostic reminders, and repeated clinical workflows. I wanted one organized place to learn, compare, review, and think through psychiatric care more clearly.
For employers and collaborators, SynapseRx Psych shows more than technical curiosity. It shows how I approach the work: identify friction, organize complex information, use evidence, build systems, and keep improving beyond the minimum required path.

Product Snapshot
SynapseRx is the brand. SynapseRx Psych is the web product currently available at www.synapseRXpsych.com. It is designed as a psychiatry workstation: part medication reference, part learning system, part workflow organizer.
SynapseRx Psych is built around the kind of clinical organization I wanted as a learner and clinician: fast access to psychiatric medication information, structured reference material, and a workspace that keeps common psychiatric questions easier to review.
The product is not presented as a substitute for clinical judgment, supervision, prescribing responsibility, or individualized patient care. It is a professional learning and workflow tool that reflects how I think: organize the information, reduce friction, keep the evidence visible, and make complicated decisions easier to approach carefully.
Why It Matters
SynapseRx Psych connects back to the same philosophy behind Claridad: clear education, organized thinking, evidence-based practice, and care that does not lose sight of culture, family, stress, stigma, and the person behind the symptoms.
It also gives people a concrete example of how I work. I do not only talk about wanting to improve care. I build, test, organize, learn, and keep refining.
This website is a professional profile for Alberto Aguirre, PMHNP-BC, and the Claridad care philosophy. It is not an active practice and is not collecting patient information.
